Collective Bargaining and Grievance Mediation, Dispute Resolution, Training, Card Checks, Arbitration, and Fact-Finding Services
Experienced and Proven Mediators
At Transformation WRX™, we are a team of experienced, conflict management professionals (former federal mediators) who thrive in helping people resolve even the toughest disagreements. Specializing in labor management relations, when tensions run high and frustration fills the room, we come to life. We specialize in mediating high-stakes grievances and negotiations, with extensive experience handling labor agreements with bargaining units covering up to 33,000 employees/members.
Our firm was born out of necessity when the federal government reduced the agency down to a handful of federal mediators located in Washington DC, with the philosophy to transition services to the private sector. A group of exceptional, seasoned mediators united to fill the gap, and since then, we've been committed to mediating effective, lasting resolutions for all involved.
Studies show that mediated agreements lead to more durable, satisfying outcomes compared to adversarial methods, which is why we offer both in-person and remote web-based virtual services. With Transformation WRX™, you can resolve conflicts faster, involve all parties more deeply, and see lasting results.
Let us help you turn conflict into opportunity.

"What impresses me most is TransformationWRX is not just building a roster. They are building a professional organization of expert, seasoned mediators."
